KASBOEK

Kasboek (cashbook) is a Windows9x program  meant for the user at home or for the finances of a small club or firm. With careful handling and regular usage you can spare many dollars or euros.

 Menu-structure:

All possible actions on receipts  and expenditure and on Buy- and Sell of shares are available. A extensive Help file is included. 
The so called booking window can be opened with the Menu option: " Transaction" for  processing  "Write Up", Write Off, Modify and other transactions. In the picture below you see a transaction of a some shopping in a supermarket  
The upper table shows all  preceding  transactions for the account involved . The fields in the lower panel contain  the specific data of the payment.
This transactions can worked out by hand or by a mutation-list with al the latest transactions, imported from your bank statements through internet. Then you can use them to automatically to reconcile your existing bookings. 
The program uses the euro as default but an other monetary unit may be used.
 A survey of accounts, groups, transactions or a calculated budget of  receipts and expenditure can be printed.
